The Global Pantry World Food Co. is a wholesale food production business specializing in packaged grains and quick-cooking legumes with dehydrated vegetables and seasoning packets. Our current product line consists of an Indian Menu and a Mediterranean Menu. We also package our masalas, seasoning blends, and heavenly smoked garlic. If you visit our store front in Ashland, you will also find a variety of Middle Eastern and Indian specialty foods, packaged bulk goods, olives and other refrigerated mezze items such as hummus, feta pate, olive salad, our Middle Eastern spinach and garbanzo salad, and a selection of refreshing cold drinks including our Mediterranean Cooler and Ginger Lemonade.

Global Pantry has a sister business, the restaurant Pilaf, where we perfect our recipes and serve them daily either as ala carte selections or components of other dishes such as chalupas, suppli a telefono, burritos, and the ever popular yellow plate special. Global Pantry and Pilaf are located on Calle Guanajuato in beautiful downtown Ashland, Oregon. That's the alleyway along the creek behind the Plaza in the new park.
